We had the honour of hosting Dr. Steven Khaw, a Professional Trainer from Dynamic Network System, who shared valuable knowledge with our Finexus employees during “The Sales Champion Training” at Finexus Campus.
The training, attended by 20 managers and executives, focused on effective client categorisation into A, B, and C groups. It also covered B2B and B2C selling techniques and the 7 Ps of the marketing mix.
Key takeaways from the training included educating prospects with value-based ideas, creating subconscious needs, improving negotiation skills, conducting competitor analysis, and establishing long-term business partnerships.
