On 13 November 2024, we were privileged to present our AREMA e-Invoicing solutions to 25 Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) members in an online webinar. In the same quarter, we have also presented AREMA to 360 Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) members on 3 October 2024, and 15 Digital Penang participants on 9 October 2024 in online webinars as well. Led by our e-Invoicing expert, Leong Chea Hooi, he led a robust Q&A session with the participants.

With a broad understanding of how e-Invoicing is implemented across various industries such as F&B, FMCG, Direct Selling, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Financial Institutions with our existing clients, we successfully addressed industry-specific concerns and challenges faced by our participants from a practical and technical standpoint.

From the webinar, we also recognised the complexities faced by our participants for e-Invoicing implementation, such as limited IT personnel, secure data storage, and the need for customisation to meet statutory requirements from all regulatory bodies including LDHN, JKDM, and other bodies.

Despite these challenges, we are confident to serve a broad range of businesses with our AREMA e-Invoicing solutions.

For example, micro-sized enterprises such as hawkers or traders earning RM150,000 annually and above, can benefit from our POS e-Invoicing solutions, which print or display QR receipts for walk-in customers to scan and self-generate their own LHDN validated e-Invoice anytime from our app.

SMEs can also benefit from our cost-effective, pay-per-use e-Invoicing web portal.

Additionally, large corporations requiring an e-Invoicing middleware solution can subscribe to our Peppol e-Invoicing services – approved both by MDEC and OpenPeppol – and secure data storage through our Tier III and ISO27001-certified data centres, located in Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya.

We look forward to running more educational e-Invoicing sessions like these to help businesses accelerate their digitalisation journey with greater speed and efficiency.
