On 14 May, our Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) team, with the support of the Oversight and Compliance team, successfully obtained ISO9001:2015 certification.
ISO9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard for quality management, encompassing quality control, customer complaints resolution, and process improvements.
Achieving this certification signifies that our BPO’s Quality Management System meets the global standards of ISO9001:2015 for providing cards and payment backroom operations support.
